Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted exclusively for books that are new and haven’t been used. Books that show signs of use are ineligible for return or refund.

Return Window : 30 days

Items Not Eligible for Return: All sales of clearance items, personalized products, and those specifically marked as non-refundable are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return process, please reach out to us at info@rozo.uk. After your return request is approved, we will supply you with the return address for our warehouse. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase without receiving authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us right away and provide photo and video evidence of the damage. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge. Additionally, we will issue a barcode for you to use when returning the damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping Costs

For items that are damaged or incorrect: We will pay for the return shipping.

For other types of returns (such as ordering by mistake): You will need to cover the return shipping costs. We suggest utilizing your local postal service or a preferred carrier for this.

Restocking fee: No cost

Refunds

After we receive and examine your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If it is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware that we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product.

Exchanges and Store Credit: At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Refund Denials

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item returned was discovered to be either used or damaged when it was received.
  • The return request was made after the 30-day return period had expired.
